Where is TenderB hosted?
TenderB is hosted in the European Union. Our primary region is Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1), with encrypted backups in a second EU region. Customer data never leaves the EU for application workloads.
Which regulations apply?
GDPR — TenderB is fully GDPR compliant; you are the Data Controller, we are the Data Processor.
DPA — A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and can be signed before you start using the platform.
EU Data Boundary — Your tender documents, chats, projects and uploaded files are stored and processed exclusively inside the EU.
How is my data protected?
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Role-based access control within your workspace — only invited teammates can see your projects.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for every user.
Daily encrypted backups with a 30-day recovery window.
Regular penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your project content is never used to train foundation models. Prompts and documents are processed by our AI providers under zero-retention agreements.
Who can I contact for security questions?
Use the in-app chat (blue speech-bubble at the bottom right). Ask Fin, our AI assistant, to connect you to the security team — or type "Talk to a human" to escalate directly.
