Supported browsers and clearing your cache

Which browsers TenderB officially supports, and how to clear cache or disable extensions when the app misbehaves.

Officially supported browsers

  • Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)

  • Microsoft Edge (latest 2 versions)

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions)

  • Apple Safari 17 and newer

Internet Explorer and browsers in "compatibility mode" are not supported.

Clear cache and cookies

  1. Open your browser's settings → Privacy / History.

  2. Choose Clear browsing data.

  3. Select Cached images and files and Cookies for tenderb.app.

  4. Reload TenderB and log in again.

Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Del (Windows) or ⌘+Shift+Del (Mac).

Quick sanity checks when something's off

  • Open TenderB in a private / incognito window — this rules out cache or extension issues.

  • Disable browser extensions (ad-blockers, password managers, translators) one by one.

  • Check that JavaScript and cookies are enabled.

  • Confirm you're on the right URL — standard users: https://app.tenderb.com; Advanced/Enterprise users have their own subdomain https://<your-company>.tenderb.nl. Using the wrong one is a common cause of login loops and missing projects.
