Clear cache and cookies
Open your browser's settings → Privacy / History.
Choose Clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files and Cookies for tenderb.app.
Reload TenderB and log in again.
Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Del (Windows) or ⌘+Shift+Del (Mac).
Quick sanity checks when something's off
Open TenderB in a private / incognito window — this rules out cache or extension issues.
Disable browser extensions (ad-blockers, password managers, translators) one by one.
Check that JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
Confirm you're on the right URL — standard users:
https://app.tenderb.com; Advanced/Enterprise users have their own subdomainhttps://<your-company>.tenderb.nl. Using the wrong one is a common cause of login loops and missing projects.
