Understanding Sub-Agents

TenderB uses specialized AI sub-agents that handle specific types of tasks. Think of them as expert consultants on your team.

Available Sub-Agents

Requirements Agent: Specializes in extracting and analyzing tender requirements from documents. Use when you need to understand what the client is asking for.

Plan of Approach Agent: Helps structure and write methodology sections. Use when describing how you'll execute the project.

Pricing Agent: Assists with pricing strategy, cost calculations, and budget presentations. Use for financial sections.

Quality Assurance Agent: Reviews content for consistency, completeness, and compliance. Use to check your work before submission.

Research Agent: Conducts in-depth research on topics, markets, regulations, or competitors. Use when you need background information.

Writing Agent: Focuses on content generation, editing, and style improvements. Use for drafting and refining text.

How to Use Sub-Agents

Step 1: Click "Expand agents" below the message input field.

Step 2: Check the boxes next to the agents you want to engage.

Step 3: Type your message describing what you need.

Step 4: Send the message. The selected agents collaborate to address your request.

Example Workflow

To write a comprehensive response to a complex tender requirement:

  1. Select Requirements Agent to analyze what's being asked

  2. Select Research Agent to gather relevant information

  3. Select Writing Agent to draft the response

  4. Select Quality Assurance Agent to review the draft

You'll see their collaborative output in the chat, with each agent contributing specialized expertise.

Best Practices

  • Use multiple agents for complex tasks

  • Start with Requirements Agent when analyzing tender documents

  • Always finish with Quality Assurance Agent before finalizing content

  • Use Research Agent when you need current information (combine with Web context)
