Vision Model and Image Analysis
TenderB's vision model can analyze images, technical drawings, diagrams, charts, and other visual content.
What the Vision Model Can Do
Extract Text: Read text from images, scanned documents, or screenshots
Analyze Technical Drawings: Interpret isometric drawings, floor plans, schematics
Identify Components: Recognize and catalog equipment or elements in images
Understand Spatial Relationships: Analyze how components are connected
Extract Data from Charts: Read values from graphs and visualizations
Describe Visual Content: Provide detailed descriptions of images
How to Use the Vision Model
Step 1: Attach an Image
Click the attachment (paperclip) icon and select an image file.
Supported formats:
PNG
JPG/JPEG
PDF (AI can analyze images within PDFs)
SVG (for technical drawings)
Step 2: Describe Your Request
Type a message explaining what you want the AI to do with the image.
Example Requests:
"Please analyze this isometric drawing and explain the flow of the system shown."
"Extract all the text from this scanned document."
"Identify all the components shown in this technical diagram and create a list."
"Please create a material purchasing list of all the components in this drawing."
Step 3: Send the Request
Click send. The AI processes the image and your request.
Step 4: AI Analysis
The AI analyzes the image and provides a response. For technical drawings, this might include:
System description
Component identification
Flow explanation
Technical details extraction
Example: Analyzing an Isometric Drawing
If you upload an isometric drawing of a fuel oil system, the AI might provide:
Complete system description
List of all components with functions
Flow path explanation
Key design features
Safety and redundancy elements
Creating Material Lists
Request: "Please create a material purchasing list of all the components in this drawing."
The AI generates a structured table with:
Item number
Description
Quantity
Specification notes
This list can be exported for procurement, cost estimation, or project planning.
Follow-Up Questions
Ask follow-up questions about the image:
"What is the purpose of the pressure relief valve?"
"Create a table showing all valves and their functions."
"Are there any potential design issues you can identify?"
