TenderB's layout is designed to keep everything at your fingertips. Here's a quick overview of where things live.

The left sidebar

  • Projects (grid icon) — your main workspace. All your active tenders live here.

  • Personal workspace (chat bubble icon) — a private space to experiment with AI, separate from your projects.

  • Files (folder icon) — access documents, exports, and uploaded files across all projects.

  • Clients (handshake icon) — manage your client relationships and link them to projects.

  • Scout (binoculars icon) — discover relevant tenders and opportunities.

  • Agents (robot icon) — configure and manage your AI agents.

  • Team (building icon) — your organisation settings, including projects overview, knowledgebase, team members, roles, and company details.

  • Profile (gear icon, bottom-left) — your personal account settings, including 2FA setup.

Inside a project

  • Chat panel — your main AI workspace, split into a conversation area and a writing canvas.

  • Write panel — a full-screen editor for drafting and refining your tender text.

  • Files panel — project-specific documents, exports, and uploaded files.

  • Settings panel — configure project-specific options.

Chat context buttons

In the chat input area, you'll see context buttons that control what the AI knows about when responding:

  • Project — uses the context of the current tender project.

  • Client — includes your client's profile and history.

  • Global — draws on your organisation's knowledgebase.

  • Web — searches the internet for up-to-date information.
