Sending a notification to your team

Admins can send a message directly to all team members from the team page. Messages appear instantly in each member's notification bell in the top navigation bar.

What is the team notification feature?

As an admin, you can send a notification — with a title and a message — directly to all members of your team. The notification appears immediately in every member's notification inbox, accessible via the bell icon (🔔) in the top navigation bar. Use it to share deadline reminders, important updates, or any announcement your team needs to see quickly.

Where to find it

  1. Go to your team or company page (click your team name in the top navigation bar).

  2. Open the Details tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Send a notification to your team section.

Note: This feature is only visible to users with an Admin role. Regular team members do not see this section.

How to send a notification

  1. Enter a short, clear Title — this is the first thing team members see, so make it descriptive (e.g. "Deadline reminder – Project X").

  2. Write your Message — add any context or details your team needs to act on.

  3. Click Send to team.

The notification is delivered instantly to all team members.

How team members receive it

Team members see the notification by clicking the bell icon (🔔) in the top navigation bar.



The notification shows:

  • The title in bold.

  • The message below it, with a megaphone icon.

  • A timestamp showing when it was sent.

Team members can dismiss individual notifications using the trash icon next to each message.
