Accessing Admin Settings

Admin settings are available to users with Administrator role. Click the "Admin" or "Settings" icon in the top navigation bar.

Organization Settings

Company Profile:

  • Organization name and logo

  • Contact information

  • Company description and capabilities

  • Certifications and accreditations

  • Key personnel and roles

This information is used by AI when generating tender responses to ensure accurate representation of your organization.

Branding:

  • Upload company logo

  • Set brand colors

  • Configure document templates

  • Customize email signatures

User Management

Adding Users:

  1. Navigate to "Team" on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on "Team"

  3. Click "invite user"

  4. Enter email, name, and if the user shall be an admin

  5. Click on "Send invitation".

User Roles:

  • Administrator: Full system access including settings and user management

  • Manager: Can create projects and manage team members

  • User: Can work on assigned projects

  • Viewer: Read-only access

Managing Users:

  • Edit user details and roles

  • Reset passwords

  • Deactivate accounts

  • View user activity

  • Manage licenses

Integration Settings

TenderScout Configuration:

  • Connect to tender databases

  • Configure search frequency

  • Set notification preferences

Email Integration:

  • Connect email accounts

  • Configure notification settings

  • Set up email templates

Calendar Integration:

  • Sync deadlines with calendar

  • Configure reminder settings

Security Settings

Authentication:

  • Enforce multi-factor authentication

  • Set password policies

  • Configure session timeouts

  • Manage API access

Data Protection:

  • Configure data retention policies
