Team Collaboration Features

Real-Time Collaboration:

  • See who else is viewing the project (presence indicators)

  • View changes made by team members in real-time

  • Avoid editing conflicts with automatic synchronization

Activity Feed:

  • See recent actions by team members

  • Track who created or edited sections

  • Monitor file uploads and changes

Comments and Discussions:

  • Add comments to specific sections

  • Tag team members with @ mentions

  • Resolve discussions when addressed

Best Practices

  • Add team members at project start to ensure everyone has context

  • Use appropriate permission levels - not everyone needs Owner access

  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities

  • Use comments for feedback rather than direct edits when reviewing others' work

  • Remove team members who no longer need access

  • Regularly review team list to ensure it's current
