Understanding the Projects Dashboard

Navigate and manage your tender projects effectively

The Projects Dashboard

When you log into TenderB or click on the Projects icon, you see the Projects Dashboard - the central hub for managing all your tender projects.

Dashboard Header

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find:

  • "Create Project" Button: Large blue button to start a new tender project

  • View Toggle: Switch between list view and grid/card view

  • Filter Dropdown: Filter projects by status (All, Active, Completed, Archived)

  • Sort Options: Sort by date, name, deadline, or status

  • Search Bar: Search for specific projects by name or keywords

Project List Columns

Each project is displayed as a row with the following information:

Project Name Column: The title of your tender project, clickable to open the project workspace.

Client Column: The name of the contracting authority or client organization.

Deadline Column: The submission deadline with visual indicators:

  • Green: More than 7 days remaining

  • Yellow: 3-7 days remaining

  • Red: Less than 3 days or overdue

Status Column: Current project status with color-coded badges:

  • Blue "Active": Currently being worked on

  • Green "Completed": Submitted or finished

  • Gray "Archived": No longer active

  • Orange "On Hold": Temporarily paused

Progress Column: Visual progress bar showing completion percentage based on:

  • Number of completed document sections

  • Required tasks marked as done

  • Files uploaded vs. required

Team Column: Avatar icons of team members assigned to the project.

Quick Actions

Hover over any project row to see quick action buttons appear on the right side for immediate access to common functions.
