TenderScout is an intelligent automation tool that continuously monitors tender databases and procurement platforms to identify opportunities matching your business criteria.
How It Works
TenderScout connects to tender databases (such as TenderNed in the Netherlands) and uses AI-powered filtering to identify opportunities based on keywords, categories, and other criteria you define. Every 8 hours, TenderScout checks for new tenders matching your scouts' configurations.

Accessing TenderScout
Click the scout or binoculars icon in the left sidebar to open the TenderScout interface.

Search and Filter Bar:
Search Box: Search within opportunities by keywords, client names, or project titles, CPV codes, etc
Filter by Scout: Filter opportunities by which scout discovered them
Managed Scouts Button: Opens scout management interface

Deadline
Status indicator
Action buttons (view details, mark as interested, archive, create project)
