TenderB is Slow or Unresponsive

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection speed

  2. Close unnecessary browser tabs

  3. Clear browser cache and cookies

  4. Disable browser extensions

  5. Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

  6. Check if the issue is system-wide (ask colleagues)

  7. Contact support if the problem persists

Files Taking Too Long to Upload

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet upload speed

  2. Compress large files before uploading

  3. Upload files one at a time instead of in batches

  4. Try uploading during off-peak hours

  5. Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi if possible
