Cannot Log In / "Incorrect Password" Error

Solutions:

  1. Verify you're using the correct email address

  2. Check that Caps Lock is not enabled

  3. Try copying and pasting your password to avoid typos

  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  5. Try a different browser

  6. Contact your team administrator for a password reset

Account Locked After Multiple Failed Attempts

Solutions:

  1. Wait 30 minutes for automatic unlock

  2. Contact your team administrator to manually unlock

  3. Request a password reset to regain access immediately

MFA Code Not Working

Solutions:

  1. Ensure your device's time is synchronized (MFA codes are time-based)

  2. Wait for the next code to generate (codes expire every 30 seconds)

  3. Verify you're looking at the correct account in your authenticator app

  4. Use a recovery code if you've lost access to your authenticator

  5. Contact your administrator to reset MFA
