Why Share Chats?

Sharing chat conversations allows you to:

  • Collaborate with team members on tender responses

  • Get feedback on AI-generated content

  • Share research findings and analysis

  • Demonstrate your approach to stakeholders

  • Preserve institutional knowledge

How to Share a Chat

Step 1: Navigate to the Project from which you want to share a chat
Click on the project in your projects dashboard. The system will then redirect you to the chat layout.

Step 2: Click on the chat conversation you want to share
The overview of chat conversations is located at the bottom-left of the chat interface page.

Step 3: Navigate to "settings" on the left side.

After clicking on "settings", a new window opens. In the next step, click on “collaboration”.

Step 4: Choose the members you want to share the chat conversation with.

You can add team members to the chat conversation. Then click on "save".

Important notes:

  • If you branch a chat conversation, these conversations are also shared with the members of the original chat.

  • Only the original person who started the chat conversation can share.

Best Practices for Sharing

  • Share early in the process to get input before content is finalized

  • Document decisions made based on shared conversations

Sharing Go/No-Go Analysis

When sharing Go/No-Go analysis with decision-makers:

  1. Create a dedicated chat for the Go/No-Go analysis

  2. Generate comprehensive analysis using AI

  3. Add your own commentary and recommendations

  4. Share with stakeholders using "View Only" permission

  5. Request feedback by a specific date

  6. Document the final decision in the chat
